The Challenge

QuickCart, a hyperlocal grocery-delivery startup based in Bangalore, had strong founding-team credentials and an early pilot in two neighbourhoods — but no structured way to translate that traction into a fundable narrative. With a competitor rumoured to be closing its own seed round, the founders needed an investor-ready business plan and pitch deck in weeks, not months.

Our Approach

  • Ran a focused two-week market feasibility study across Bangalore's high-density residential micro-markets to validate delivery-radius economics.
  • Rebuilt the unit-economics model from the pilot data, isolating true CAC and contribution margin per order rather than blended averages.
  • Structured a 15-slide pitch deck around the validated feasibility data, with the financial model built as the single source of truth behind every claim.
  • Prepared a three-scenario financial forecast (base, upside, downside) to pre-empt investor stress-testing during diligence.
The numbers in our deck matched the numbers our lead investor's own analyst produced independently — that consistency is what moved us from a first meeting to a term sheet in under three weeks.

The Results

Working closely with the QuickCart Grocery-Tech founding team, we translated research and financial rigor into a document set that satisfied both operational scrutiny and funding requirements.
